The music video for K-pop singer IVY’s single “Temptation of Sonata” fully recreates the fight scene between Loz and Tifa Lockhart in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Square Enix filed a lawsuit in response because although a disclaimer is shown at the beginning of the music video, it was not enough to satisfy the copyright permission required to legally to use the material. The music video was also later banned from airing on Korean television because of the copyright infringement.
